Brooke’s Media Bio

Brooke Adams Law is an award-winning author and founder of Writing Brave. Brooke helps speakers, coaches and consultants write brave books that create transformation in the lives of their readers.

Brooke’s debut novel Catchlight won the Fairfield Book Prize and was chosen for that honor by National Book Award winner Phil Klay. Catchlight was named a Best Indie Book of the Year by Kirkus Reviews and was featured on Good Morning America’s blog. She is in the process of publishing her second novel.

Brooke holds an MFA in creative writing from Fairfield University and a BA in English from Vassar College.

Although she is primarily known for her fiction writing, Brooke coaches nonfiction writers. She has helped many consultants, speakers and coaches write their books, including leadership coach Kelli Thompson's Closing the Confidence Gap, physician coach Dr. Laura Suttin's The Purposeful MD, therapist Megan Malick's A New Path, and writer Jane Clark's Storying Silence.
